Enniskillen Castle beside Lough Erne in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh once the stronghold of Maguire chieftains. The castle’s history can be traced from its beginnings as a Maguire castle until its use as a barracks in the 1700s and 1800s. Fermanagh Museum has award-winning displays which gives insight into Fermanagh’s natural history, archaeology and rural lifestyle. COVID 19 Updates and Arrangements

Abocurragh Farmhouse will be implementing all safety measures as per up to date government guidelines:

  • Sanitisers available before entry to the house, in all guests bedrooms and at all appropriate areas throughout the house.
  • Social distancing will be adhered to,
  • Guest bedrooms will be pared back i.e Bed throws, Cushions, magazines etc will all be removed
  • We have 2 breakfast areas. Breakfast will be served at staggered times and in different areas of the house i.e conservatory, dining room etc.
  • A minimum of a 2-night stay policy will apply due to additional cleaning necessary after guests check out
  • In the current unprecedented circumstances, we will be flexible and offer a 48 hour cancellation period for all guests and is subject to change.
  • Additional information will be provided within confirmation emails after your booking is made
